Since 1985, Rick Fritz has served as President of the Private Equity Group at BankBoston and the successor organizations under the merger resulting in FleetBoston Financial.

From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Fritz served as Commercial Banking Head of BankBoston's London Branch office. Prior to that, he worked in various BankBoston lending areas, such as Middle Market, High Technology and geographic lending, as well as management assignments.

He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, where he currently serves as a Trustee, and an M.B.A. from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School. Presently, Mr. Fritz serves as a board member for a number of portfolio companies and Investment Funds.
