Todd D. Mayo is the former general counsel and chief privacy officer of PowerTwo Inc, a financial application service provider. He previously practiced law with a focus on nonprofit organizations, charitable gift planning, and taxation. In 1998, Red Street Consulting selected his web site as the best law firm web site. Before entering private practice, he consulted to colleges, universities, and other nonprofit organizations on charitable giving.

Todd earned a B.A. from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (where he received the Arthur Andersen Prize in Taxation), and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
