About Me
After graduating Middlebury in 1998 with a BA in Political Science, I moved to San Diego to work for Kinsman Capital, LLC, a middle market private equity firm. At KCL, I was intimately involved in the deal process from origination through closing, as well as acting as a primary firm contact with portfolio companies. I currently sit on the board of a KCL company, Drawer Box Specialties, Inc. After leaving KCL, I moved to Philadelphia and earned my MBA from Wharton ('03) and my JD from Penn Law ('06). I am currently one of four partners in Potion, LLC, a start-up business services company focusing on small to mid-sized law firms, real estate firms and boutique finance firms. I am an avid fisherman, golfer and skier, and have been known to strap on the rugby boots from time to time.
