About Me
I'm currently a senior special gifts officer at Middlebury College. Prior to joining the staff here, I was finance director at Democracy for America, and a staffer on the Dean for America campaign. I moved back to VT in 2003 from Minneapolis, where I worked in Development at the Center for Victims of Torture. I have a Master of International Management and an M.A. in Chinese language; I've worked in the music industry for many years prior to earning my MIM. My B.A. is in East Asian Studies from Middlebury College. I live in Ripton, VT with my husband, Tal Birdsey (Midd '87), stepsons and dog.
